DGDA Job Circular 2021
On April 1, 2021, the age limit of the candidate should be between 18 (eighteen) to 30 (thirty) years. Only in the quota of children and physically handicapped freedom fighters, the age limit will be 32 (thirty two) years and the age limit of sons and daughters (grandchildren) of the freedom fighters will be 30 years. Affidavit will not be accepted in case of age.
If the applicant is a freedom fighter / son-daughter, grandson or granddaughter of the martyred freedom fighter, the certificate issued by the Chairman of the concerned Union Parishad / Ward Councilor of the City Corporation / Mayor of the Municipality on behalf of the applicant Bamus certificate number and date should be mentioned).
Candidates working in government, semi-government and autonomous organizations must apply subject to the non-objection of the authorities. Employees are required to fill in the application form subject to fulfilling all the conditions by ticking the box at the specified place (in case of departmental candidates the age limit for application is 40 (forty) years. This condition does not apply to others.)
If the candidate provides any wrong information or conceals any information on any other subject including educational qualification, the application form of that candidate will be rejected.
Must have passed written and oral examination for all the posts as per recruitment rules. However, only the candidates who have passed the written and practical examination for the vacant post of serial no. 1 and 08 of the said table will be considered eligible to participate in the oral examination.
The latest regulations of the government will be issued for the appointment and determination of quotas. No type / TA / DA will be provided for participation in written and practical examinations.
The hiring authority reserves the right to reduce / increase the number of posts mentioned in the notification for any reason and to cancel the notification.
Attested copy of all the certificates along with the print copy of the application filled during the oral examination and 02 (two) newly taken passport size photographs should be submitted.
As a permanent resident of the concerned district, the certificate issued by the Union Parishad / Municipality / City Corporation has to be submitted. Attested copy of National Identity Card / Birth Certificate must be submitted.
